A deck lives on after the talk — as a PDF, a video, a handout — and this topic covers the exports plus what makes a deck work in a screen reader: reading order, alt text and a title on every slide. It closes the PowerPoint module because output and accessibility are checks against everything already built. The common confusion is reading order, which is invisible to the eye: a slide can look fine and still read its contents aloud in a scrambled sequence, and the Accessibility Checker is how that gets caught.

Notes pages and handout layouts turn a deck into something that reads on paper, where the speaker is absent. A deck printed as slides alone rarely makes sense.
Exporting to PDF and to video
Exporting to a portable document or to video lets people who missed the talk receive something usable. Each has a different audience and a different amount of work.
Reading order, alt text and slide titles
Slide titles, a sensible reading order and descriptions on images are what make a deck work with a screen reader. Reading order in particular is invisible until it is wrong.
