10.4 What manodharma is, and why not yet

Manodharma is the improvised half of this music, and it is what a concert is really for. It is also the part that cannot be taught from a page: it needs a raga you know from the inside, and that takes years rather than modules. Knowing what it is and why you are not ready is the honest end of a beginner course.
